Online Submission
The online submission system is the only possible way to submit the manuscript for potential publication in IJMCL.
Peer-Review Process
IJMCL uses double-blind peer review procedures, which means that either reviewers or authors do not know each other.
• Editorial external peer review process is used for all the submitted manuscripts.
• In each field, independent reviewers will review every submitted article.
• Correction of all reviewer's comments should be provided in both main and anonymous files and highlighted with different colors. A file titled "response to reviewers" should be submitted too.
• Within approximately 2 to 3 months, the authors will be informed of the acceptability of their manuscript.
Language and Style
Contributions must be in both American or British English. The textual content ought to be clear and concise, conforming to popular requirements of English fashion and usage. Abbreviations should be standard and used just in essential cases, after complete explanations withinside the first usage. Non-local English authors are suggested to be looking for expert assistance with the language.

They have the same arrangement as the original study; however, having the CONSORT flow diagram is necessary. RCTs should be enrolled in any RCT register endorsed by the WHO and the code should be embedded on the title page. RCTs performed in Iran should be enlisted on www.irct.ir.
3) Brief Report:
• They should be written about either experimental outcomes or instructive clinical perceptions.
• Publication of deficient or fundamental discoveries is not permitted in this class.
• The survey measure is just about as exact as Regular Articles.

The maximum number of words is 200. It should contain only one paragraph with no subheadings.

5) Review articles:

Results

6) Systematic Review or Meta-Analysis:
Authors should report systematic reviews and Meta-analysis according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) statement. For systematic reviews, the abstract and text of the manuscript should be divided into the following sections:
Context:
Provide an explaining the importance of the review question. Also, state the precise primary objective of the review and state information about the specific subjects, intervention, and tests or outcomes that are being reviewed.
Methods:
Briefly indicate the data sources, including years of research. Describe the inclusion and exclusion criteria used to select studies for detailed review from the studies identified as relevant to the topic. Also, describe the guidelines for extracting the data and assessing the quality and validity of the data.
Results:
Identify the key qualitative or quantitative results of the review and describe the methods by which these results were obtained. Also, identify evaluations of screening and diagnostic tests, including specificity, sensitivity, probability ratios, receiver operating characteristic curves, and predictive values and assessments of prognosis, summarize survival characteristics and associated variables. Indicate the main differences between the studies.
Conclusions:
In this section, state clearly the conclusions and their applications (clinical or otherwise), limiting interpretation to the domain of the review. Also, should be included critical assessments of current evidence covering a wide range of topics of interest to those working in the specific area of the journal. 8) Letter to Editor
Letters to Editor about a recent journal article need to be received within three months of publication. For instance, a letter referring to an article published in the January issue needs to be submitted online no later than March 31st. Letters sent after the time permitted will not be considered. For the matter of clearness, letters will undergo a peer-reviewing process.

Supplementary material
In addition to the full text of the article, this journal accepts any additional online material (data sets, podcasts, videos, images, etc.) if the authors want to send it.
Preparing the Submission
Prepare the following files to upload when submitting:
1) Title page

• Name, Affiliation, and e-mail address of the author (s);
• Name, address, telephone, fax numbers, and e-mail address of the corresponding author;

2) Cover letter
The cover letter should be included:
• A brief explanation of why the work is appropriate for IJMCL.

The current data must be compared with the findings of the previous studies. Limitations of the study as well as suggestions for future research should be declared too. New hypotheses and clinical recommendations are also suitable. Recommendations may be comprised there suitable.
• Acknowledgments (if applicable)
Any contributor who does not meet the authorship criteria must appear in this section. A person who provided purely technical assistance, in writing or in proofreading the article, or a department head who only provided general support can be recognized. Authors must disclose whether they received written to support and identify the legal entity that paid for that support.
• Conflict of interests
Conflicts of interest arise once authors, reviewers, or editors have interests that don't seem to be totally apparent which might inappropriately influence (bias) their work. IJMCL requires authors to include a declaration of any conflicting interests from all authors and they must disclose any financial and personal relationships with other people or organizations.
